Imported into Australia 51/2 years ago,previous aged American owner had owned the car for 25 years. He undertook acosmetic restoration over a period of 12 years to what was a straight rust freeunmodified car. It was repainted in the original powder blue and retrimmed inthe original blue cloth and vinyl. The front end was overhauled and a newexhaust fitted. There is a set of stainless steel rear wheel spats (refer trunkphoto) The timeless 352 V8 coupled to its cruise-o-matic transmission runsreally sweetly. It needs new carpet, the sealing rubbers between the windows andthe hood replaced and the metal trims at the base of the seats installed. It isa car that is very attractive and ready for use with the option of furtherimprovement and detailing into the future.
