His name is MANNY (or Manfred on Sundays) and he has taken us all over Australia! He is our home away from home and we would take him back to the UK with us if we could! One of the best things about him is that aswell as a petrol tank he also runs on LPG, which is half the price of petrol and so makes your travelling cheap as chips!! you can get 800kms out of both tanks!! He also comes with alot of added extras to help you along your journey, you wont need to buy a thing! * A super HUGE bed with comfy matress (linen included if wanted) * A nice cold electric FRIDGE to keep the beers cold * OVEN with gas STOVE (gas bottle included, which takes around a month to use) *3 big STORAGE boxes, -1 filled with POTS, PANS, and all cooking utensils, bowls, plates, cups, cutlery, kettle, toaster, tupperware, etc -1 filled with nessecities, washing line, pegs, bug spray, washing up bowl, toilet rolls (unsused) etc -1 empty for food storage. * 2x 25L WATER CONTAINERS a must when going through the outback *SURFBOARD a must when doing the ocean road and east coast. *RADIO CD PLAYER including IPOD cable *12/240v CONVERTOR so you can charge IPods, laptops and phones! *2 comfy CHAIRS with drinks holders *FIRST AID KIT *TOOL KIT *lots of MAPS, INFORMATION of towns, things to do, PLUS the travellers bible CAMPS 5! (which even includes our personal recommendations and free sites!) *SPARE WHEEL and TYRE. *SOLAR SHOWER *HOOVER *CANVAS TYPE AWNING (put over tailgate, usefull when it occasionally rains) *LEISURE BATTERY (second battery with split charge system) *MOZZIE NETS (one big one for over the bed) MOZZIE HEAD NETS (for Ayres Rock, you'll see why) *LPG and PETROL tanks *TOW BAR *CHILD SEAT ANCHOR POINTS *PLUS plenty of storage under the bed for rucksacks and essentials *black blinds can also be tied up, but are good as the van looks like work van not a tourists van so you never get moved on! Mechanically Manny is in EXCELLENT condition, since we've owned him we've done two services, and replaced: oil and filter twice spark plugs distributor cap ignition leads thermostat catalytic convertor radiator PLUS we've had the coolant system flushed, so there's no worries for outback driving! so he's ready and waiting to go around Oz again!!
